Q: Do you take reservations?
A: We take reservations for Lodging (Howard Prairie Schooners) and Boats. We do not take them for camping.

Q: Are there public showers?
A: There are public showers in four of the five public restrooms. They take quarters.

Q: Do you have laundry facilities?
A: Yes we do. It is in the Central Area at one end of the large building North of the parking lot.

Q: Are pets allowed in the campgrounds?
A: Yes. They must be kept on a leash or a tether, remain relatively quiet, and never be left outside alone.

Q: Is there a swimming area?
A: There is not a designated swimming area, although most people swim at the picnic area just South of the Jetty at the resort.

Q: When do the utility sites generally fill up?
A: From Father's Day through Labor Day most of the utility sites are filled by Thursday evening.

Q: What is cell service Like at the Resort?
A: Cellular phone reception is marginal here, although with an external antenna is not bad in most places. Pay phones are available at the store.

Q: Is internet service available there?
A: High speed wireless is available at the store/restaurant for a nominal fee.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: You bet. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in the campgrounds and cannot be left unatteneded at any time.
